Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Techture, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy in the international markets. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, promoting our BIM solutions & services, and building relationships with potential clients. - **Market Research:** - Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends in the assigned region. - Gather insights from client interactions, industry events, and online research to identify new business opportunities. - **Lead Generation:** - Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and attending industry events. - Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs, ensuring alignment with Techture's solutions. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives and challenges related to construction projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations. - **Proposal Development:** - Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and address client requirements. - Conduct feasibility studies and business case development to demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of our solutions. - **Collaboration:** - Collaborate closely with the technical and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. - Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities to showcase Techture's expertise and generate leads. - **Sales Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast reports. - Present regular updates to the management team. **Skills Preferred:** - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil engineering, or related field. - Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, particularly in the services or construction industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. - Knowledge of BIM and related technologies is a plus. - A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
