Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Techture, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy in international markets. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating business opportunities, promoting our BIM solutions & services, and establishing relationships with potential clients. You will be expected to conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends in the designated region. By gathering insights from client interactions, industry events, and online research, you will be able to pinpoint new business opportunities effectively. Proactively generating leads through channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and industry events will be a key aspect of your role. Your ability to qualify leads through effective communication and align them with Techture's solutions will be critical to your success. Engaging with potential clients to understand their business objectives and challenges related to construction projects will be a core part of your client relationship management responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations will also be essential. You will be responsible for developing compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our services and address client requirements. Conducting feasibility studies and creating business cases to demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of our solutions will be part of your proposal development role. Collaborating closely with technical and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution will be crucial. Additionally, you will assist in organizing and participating in sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities to showcase Techture's expertise and generate leads. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast reports will be essential. You will be expected to present regular updates to the management team to keep them informed of progress and outcomes. Key Skills Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, particularly in the services or construction industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. - Knowledge of BIM and related technologies is a plus. - A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
