Job Overview:

Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in international client acquisition, online bidding platforms (especially Upwork), and end-to-end business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads and close business through Upwork and other online platforms
• Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
• Communicate effectively with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate requirement understanding
• Prepare business proposals, estimates, and presentations
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor or guide junior BDEs when required

Requirements & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive in an IT company
• Proven hands-on experience with the Upwork platform (profile handling, bidding, client conversion) and other platforms like freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and also Should be good in making PPT's, MS Word, MS excel, Docs etc.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities
• Good understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and technologies
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
• All technical backgrounds are eligible

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
