BIM Architect

You will be joining our dynamic team as a highly skilled and motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect. Your role will involve integrating technology into our design and construction processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among various project stakeholders. As a BIM Architect, your responsibilities will include preparing 3D models in Revit for various types of buildings, creating conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinating and collaborating with other disciplines, developing schematic and detailed BIM models, and conducting constructability analysis through prediction of clashes, RFIs, and potential safety hazards using BIM models. You will also be responsible for converting laser scan point cloud data into information-rich BIM models, attending or managing model coordination meetings, extending 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM by integrating Time and Cost parameters, using Navisworks for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection, producing quantity reports as per client requirements, developing modeling schedules, and maintaining model health as per BIM Best Practices Guidelines. Additionally, you should demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills and software, have a positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing, possess effective communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred skills for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications, a strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and industry standards, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
