BIM Engineer - MEP

You will be a valuable member of our team as a skilled BIM Engineer. Your responsibilities will include understanding and adhering to modeling standards specific to each trade, generating BIM models for various disciplines based on provided inputs, creating shop drawings for site installation as per trade requirements, identifying and resolving inter-disciplinary clashes within the BIM models, maintaining project documents accurately, generating Request for Information (RFI) for client clarification when necessary, and implementing and maintaining internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) standards. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, have proven experience as a BIM Engineer, possess proficiency in BIM tools and software, demonstrate a strong understanding of modeling standards for various trades, be able to generate BIM models based on provided inputs, have experience in creating shop drawings for site installation, possess skills in resolving inter-disciplinary clashes within BIM models, be familiar with project documentation and capable of generating RFIs, and have knowledge of internal QAQC standards and procedures.
