We are part of the Tunnels and Underground Structures department, consisting of more than 600 enthusiastic colleagues working from India, Denmark, UK and North America. BIM Modeller - MEP

Your key responsibilities will be:
Develop and maintain detailed MEP models (Electrical & ELV, HVAC, PH & FF) using Revit and Navisworks Collaborate with design engineers and BIM coordinators for clash-free, constructible models Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for all MEP systems Create and modify Revit families based on project requirements Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client standards Support interdisciplinary coordination and model updates during project stages Maintain model accuracy throughout design changes and revisions Participate in model reviews and coordination meetings as required

Moreover, you will have: Diploma or Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical with 1 3 years of experience in BIM Modelling Advanced working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Basic understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection Experience with Dynamo, MicroStation, and Open Building Designer is an added advantage Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 is desirable Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment Good communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude
