Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Revit Modeler with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in US-based architectural and MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical systems modeling, including plumbing and ducting layouts, and be proficient in creating and managing Revit families. This role demands precision, collaboration, and a deep understanding of BIM standards and workflows tailored to US codes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed mechanical models in Revit for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Create, modify, and maintain parametric Revit families for mechanical components.
• Interpret design intent from engineers and translate it into accurate 3D models.
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure clash-free integration.
• Apply US building codes and standards to mechanical modeling workflows.
• Prepare construction documentation, including annotated sheets and schedules.
• Participate in internal QA/QC reviews and implement feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers and BIM leads to meet project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in mechanical Revit modeling for US-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, including family creation and system modeling.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Understanding of US construction documentation standards and BIM protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US clients or consultants.
• Knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 or similar cloud collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to LEED or sustainable design practices is a plus.

Qualifications
