Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for building information modeling (BIM) and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems? If so, this BIM Modeler MEP position could be your perfect fit! You'll play a crucial role in our team, utilizing your BIM skills to create accurate and detailed 3D models of MEP systems for diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM models for MEP projects using software Revit.
• Prepare and assist in the creation of drawings, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Understand the BIM coordination process and participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Stay current with the latest BIM technology and trends, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field.
• Experience in using BIM software Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD will be beneficial
• Basic knowledge of MEP service design overview and construction processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
