Performance Management

Mid-Year Check-ins

  • Preparation of Eligibility sheet
  • Creation of Calendars
  • Mail / Query management
  • All UKG system related aspects – upload of goals, system related query management, etc
  • Reporting - Daily reports, Target Distribution files, Normalization files

Annual Performance Reviews

  • Preparation of Eligibility sheet
  • Creation of Calendars
  • Mail / Query management
  • All UKG system related aspects – upload of goals, system related query management, etc
  • Reporting – Daily reports, Target Distribution files, Normalization files
  • Manage / Coordinate the creation of job postings for the recruitment team
  • Employee mapping for new job titles and coordination for system update
  • Query management and ongoing maintenance of the job structure basis new ad-hoc requests
Leadership Attributes project – Transactional Support
  • Support in embedding the Leadership Attributes framework as part of job descriptions/job postings
  • Linking LA to goals and UKG

Leaders & Any Other Trainings

  • Preparation of communication templates (program invite, Thank you mailer)
  • Create participant registration & training feedback form
  • Send event invite to all participants
  • Send participants list to Horizon for assessments
  • Track assessment completion by participants
  • Contact participants to confirm rooms and fligh
  • Block SLT and Corporate speaker calendars
  • Session-wise summary reporting to leadership
  • Track budget utilization

Qualifications

Graduate in Any DisciplineMust have skills
  • Good excel knowledge
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently in a high paced environment.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Understand HR systems, processes, and databases.
  • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills within a large organization.
  • Stakeholder management.
