Job Description

Program Management & Execution
  • Support in end-to-end planning and execution of employee volunteering initiatives (in-office, virtual, and community-based).
  • Coordinate with non-profit partners to design meaningful and scalable volunteering opportunities aligned with client CSR priorities.
  • Oversee logistics, volunteer mobilization, and smooth execution of events.
  • Track and report program outcomes, ensuring quality delivery and measurable impact.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a client-facing associate for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring effective communication and alignment of volunteering programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/CSR/ESG teams of corporate clients and non-profit partners.
  • Actively manage stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and impactful delivery.
Research, Innovation & Creativity
  • Bring in innovative and creative ideas to design engaging volunteering formats and experiences.
  • Research emerging trends in employee volunteering and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to developing toolkits, resources, and creative content to enhance volunteer participation.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare post-event reports, dashboards, and case studies for clients and internal teams.
  • Capture data-driven insights to improve program design and storytelling.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
  • 1 3 years of professional experience in employee volunteering, CSR, corporate partnerships, or NGO/non-profit management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging volunteering experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Comfort with digital tools (MS Office, Google Suite, project management platforms).
