PROJECT COORDINATOR - CSR GRANTS & PARTNERSHIP

Position:

Job Location:

• Handle internal and external communication with stakeholders, including government bodies, CSR partners, and donors.
• Lead fundraising communication initiatives, including the preparation of grant proposals with financials and impact stories.

• Communicating with Donors to understand the scope of projects, their requirements, etc.
• Writing web content for websites/portals.
• Writing content for different types of blogs, press releases educational sector, etc
• Handle Progress reports, Monthly, Yearly, Newsletters, and all Social Media platforms.
• Develop original, research-driven content for articles, blogs, stories, and social media platforms in line with provided guidelines to engage and attract the target audience.
• Create success stories of the members.
• Prepare and distribute press releases for immediate release for important events and announcements.
• Coordinate with Volunteers and Interns, engaging them with different activities in consultations with program managers.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Master s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Rural Management, or a related field.
• 4 5 years of experience in Fundraising, Donor Management, Entrepreneurship Development, preferably in the development/CSR/NGO sector.
• Experience in writing grant proposals, impact reports, press releases, and success stories.
• Proven ability to engage with CSR partners, donors, and MoUs Partnerships with stakeholders and government through professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating content strategies to increase visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and document design skills for both print and digital mediums.
• A creative writing style that is fresh, consistent, and customer-friendly. A knack for editing and proofreading with good vocabulary skills.
• Good time management skills and willingness to learn.
• A team player to handle the team.
