Sr. Accounts Executive

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function of the company, including day-to-day accounting, GST & statutory compliance, project accounting, cash flow management, and reporting.This role is critical in ensuring accurate books, regulatory compliance, and financial control across factory and project operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally / accounting ERP· Oversee purchase, sales, expenses, journal entries, and ledger control· Handle GST compliance – returns, reconciliation, and audits· Manage TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances· Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports for management· Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund planning· Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Projects, and Sales teams for documentation· Verify vendor payments, customer billing, and collections· Support internal and statutory audits with proper documentation· Supervise and guide Assistant Accountants / Accounts Executives

Skills & Capabilities

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance· Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP systems· Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI· Experience in project-based accounting (construction / PEB preferred)· Strong Excel / reporting skills· High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality· Leadership and team-handling capability

Capacity

· Manage accounts for multiple live projects and factory operations· Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts· Maintain full compliance with statutory and audit requirements

Eligibility

· B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) preferred· 6 – 10 years experience in construction / manufacturing / project accounting· Experience in PEB / engineering industry is a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)· Stable leadership role with long-term growth· Opportunity to grow into Finance Mnager

Work Timings

Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
