Sr. Accountant

Accounting & Transaction Management

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including high-volume purchase and sales entries.
• Oversee daily reconciliations of accounts and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Track and manage receivables, payables, and credit notes efficiently.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions for audit and compliance.

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST calculations, return filing, and compliance for purchases and sales.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and tax audits.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial data to track trends, cost control, and profitability.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Team Coordination & Support

• Guide junior accountants and review their work for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, purchase, and operations teams for smooth transaction flow.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP / SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
