The ideal candidate will manage operations, support sales functions, convert leads into clients, and ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales initiatives and achieve business targets in the property/NRI services domain. Convert leads into clients through effective engagement and relationship management. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, providing end-to-end property management services. Coordinate with internal teams for property listings, documentation, and client servicing. Implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Skills & Experience Required: MBA with 3–6 years of experience in operations/sales (real estate or property management preferred). Proven sales orientation with ability to drive revenue. Experience in converting leads into clients in the property/NRI services sector. Prior experience in the property industry/NRI services is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
