We are seeking a highly skilled PL/SQL or T-SQL Developer with expertise in database design, data modeling, and the development of stored procedures. This role is ideal for a database professional who can contribute to the architecture and optimization of relational databases in enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience as a Database Developer, with proven expertise in PL/SQL (Oracle) or T-SQL (SQL Server). Strong background in relational database management systems (RDBMS), preferably with hands-on experience in Oracle Database or Microsoft SQL Server. Proficiency in database design principles, including logical and physical data modeling. Experience developing and optimizing stored procedures, with a focus on modular, reusable code.

Essential Skills

Advanced SQL querying and scripting in PL/SQL or T-SQL.

Familiarity with database tools such as SSMS, or Azure Data Studio Or Toad or PL/SQL Developer. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, including star/snowflake schemes.

Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like SQL Server Profiler or Oracle Enterprise Manager. Ability to work in agile environments, with experience in version control and automated testing for database code.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical database solutions.

Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) or cloud-based databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Oracle Cloud).
