Job Description

Bachelor s degree or equal demonstrated academic qualification with 2-4 years of experience in development using SQL Server.

Skills:

Should have excellent Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skill.
A thorough understanding of creating Tables, Views, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions in SQL Server.
Strong Experience in writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation with joining multiple tables.
Designing, developing, and maintaining databases
Strong Experience in T-SQL to develop and implement procedures and functions.
Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and Suggest new queries.
Develop high-quality database solutions.
Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.
Track record of optimizing database performance.
Provide timely scheduled management reporting.
Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
Should able to work independently or within team.

Creating new Tables, Views, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions in SQL Server based on requirements.
Responsible for creating or modifying existing code to add new features, enhanced functional logic and improve performance.
Backup customization source code and keep version control including change documentation.
Provide ongoing client support on custom programs & reports.
Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Performance tuning of the applications.
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in SQL Server.
