Exploring the role We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. How Your Day Will Look Like/Job Responsibility Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential OTA’s / Airlines to be added at the top of the funnel. Engage with user groups within the OTA’s and Airlines to understand requirements and conduct demos Assist with execution/preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails. Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data. Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times. Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients. Enter contact information into contact management systems. Database entry: maintain, improve and expand database of prospects. Establish, maintain and update files and records. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM - Salesforce). Efficiently and effectively, handle a high volume of outbound calls. Understand customer needs and requirements. Education & Work Experience 2-4 Years of experience in Airlines / Hospitality/OTA/B2B space. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge Hotel, hospitality, travel industry experience preferred. Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques. Skills Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively. CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Sales loft or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions. Must be passionate about their role and driven to deliver results. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior inter-personal, presentation and consultative selling skills. Extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus. Ability to analyze data to improve sales effectiveness. Work in a dynamic environment in one of the fastest-growing industries.
