Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in food preparation and service areas.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to optimize kitchen operations.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
