Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality menus.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and its techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail to maintain quality and presentation standards.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology to streamline operations.
