Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef / CDP with 5 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-cuisine cooking and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or CDP in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
