Roles and ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Execute leadership hiring, CXO hiring, executive searches, headhunting, and market mapping with precision. Generate data-driven dashboards weekly/monthly/quarterly to support planning and decision-making. Align sourcing strategies with client business objectives and future workforce needs. Own and execute confidential assignments, including interviews, background checks, and credit references. Represent Taggd’s compliance standards and ethical practices in all interactions with clients and candidates. Educate stakeholders on Taggd’s processes, value offerings, and recruitment innovations. Serve as the go-to contact for recruitment and sourcing queries within the RPO ecosystem. Job RequirementsEducational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline), MBA in HR preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT hiring. Proven success in leadership hiring, headhunting, executive search, and X-ray search techniques. Strong ability to handle diverse roles across functions, business groups, and geographies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Desirable SkillsEnd-to-end recruitment capabilities: requirement analysis, sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and post-offer engagement. Expertise in building comprehensive, targeted sourcing strategies for senior and niche roles in constrained talent markets. Experience leveraging cost-effective sourcing tools to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
