Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer to support hiring for our Technology teams. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and build pipelines of exceptional engineering and product talent aligned with Netradynes growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage passive candidates for roles including Software Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Embedded Engineers, and other technical positions.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to help refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sourcing experience (preferably in technology recruitment).
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and interest in emerging trends in AI and mobility is a plus.
