Job Description

technical integrity, precision, and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and automate testing frameworks for AI-driven systems (unit, integration, regression, stress, and security testing).
Validate logical consistency and numerical accuracy in hybrid symbolic–statistical reasoning.
Develop benchmark datasets and test suites for legal and cognitive models.
Collaborate with the AI Architect, MLOps, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure robust CI/CD validation.
Monitor model drift, output stability, and inference latency in live environments.
Define acceptance criteria and quality metrics for each product release.
Document reproducible test cases for audit and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, AI Act readiness).
Lead incident analysis and continuous improvement cycles post-deployment.

Profile & Competencies:

Proven experience in
QA automation
, preferably in
AI or SaaS environments
.
Strong knowledge of
testing frameworks
(PyTest, Robot, Selenium, Postman).
Familiarity with
data validation
,
bias testing
, and
explainability tools
(SHAP, LIME).
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
,
containerization
, and
cloud monitoring
.
Excellent analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
