Budget Management: Allocate and control media spend effectively, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and competitor strategies. Compliance & Standards: Ensure campaigns follow industry best practices and data protection regulations. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media. Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Strong expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization. Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.). Experience in international campaigns and multicultural audience targeting. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
