Produce executive-level reports and high-quality technical documentation for senior management.

REQUIRIMENTS

10+ years of proven experience in IT, digital transformation, systems integration, or technology architecture.
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage teams, projects, and technical requirements with measurable results.
Strong background in requirements analysis, project scoping, and resource planning.
Experience in managing international projects and working in multicultural environments.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and corporate CRMs, along with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Hands-on expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and advanced cybersecurity.
Strong leadership skills: team coordination, mentoring, and communication with non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in English (C1).
Analytical ability to assess technology risks, define IT performance KPIs, and design strategic implementation plans.
Experience with process automation, RPA, business-oriented AI, or data analytics is highly valued.
