Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Campaign Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. This role is critical to driving measurable growth, ensuring maximum ROI, and aligning media investments with our broader business and brand objectives.


The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: able to design multi-channel paid media strategies, manage execution, monitor performance, and provide clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.


DESCRIPTION


  • Strategy & Planning: Define and implement multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Performance Optimization: Manage bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver clear performance reports, insights, and data-driven recommendations to management.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and control media spend effectively, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure campaigns follow industry best practices and data protection regulations.


REQUIREMENTS


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Experience in international campaigns and multicultural audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (C1+); Spanish language skills highly valued.
  • Availability for working hours aligned with Spain.
  • Willingness to accept a 6-month trial period before permanent contract
