Role

Odoo Implementation Specialist

Setting up company structures.
Configuring client, employee and supplier portals.
Implementing communication flows (emails and notifications).
Designing complete workflows across departments.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end configuration of Odoo for ARTISTING.
Ensure seamless integration of all business areas into a unified system.
Configure portals and communication channels for stakeholders.
Design and implement workflows that optimize efficiency, scalability and user experience.
Deliver training, documentation and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven track record in full-cycle Odoo implementations.
Strong knowledge of core business processes.
Demonstrated ability to configure portals, workflows and communication systems.
Experience with compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Contract Type

Freelance / Remote.
Initial project-based engagement with potential for long-term collaboration.
