Role Overview:

Software Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support for our SAAS-based HRMS and ATS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries through phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Lead and manage the software support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor support metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, sales) to escalate and resolve technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. An

  MBA is preferred.

• Experience:

  0.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in software support, customer service, or technical troubleshooting, preferably in HRMS or SaaS environments.
• Strong command of English and

  local language(s)

  for effective customer communication.
