Software Support Executive

As a Software Support Executive at our leading IT company based in Jodhpur, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Possessing at least 1 year of Customer Support Experience - Demonstrating proficiency in: - Basic computer Hardware & Networking knowledge and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, & Power Point) - Accessing client PCs through remote access software such as TeamViewer, Ammyy, Skype, etc. - Understanding and resolving queries promptly with a positive & confident attitude - Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for system issues - Following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams - Guiding clients through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat - Working with bug tracking software like JIRA - Generating accurate and timely reports - Having a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products - Offering technical assistance in a step-by-step manner, both written and verbal - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle - Demonstrating an analytical mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and professional attitude - Possessing good communication skills Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's Degree We offer a competitive salary based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
