Software Support Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, answering their queries, and developing user manuals when required. Your main tasks will include: - Helping customers solve technical issues. - Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the product features and capabilities. - Developing customer-facing documentation and user manuals as needed. - Communicating customer needs and wishes to the development and engineering team. - Managing the help desk system with a focus on minimum response time and effective resolutions. - Providing solution training to clients. - Having a good understanding of e-commerce technical fundamentals, with working knowledge of Magento being an added advantage. - Demonstrating active listening skills to understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions. - Utilizing excellent writing skills for various communication channels such as emails and documentation. - Maintaining a professional telephone manner for providing support when required. You should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following qualifications: - Strong technical background in e-commerce. - Proficiency in customer support and technical issue resolution. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with Magento will be beneficial.
