Software Support Executive

Inexoft Technologies is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Software Technical Support Executive to assist clients in using our software products effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software issues via phone, email, or remote sessions.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications for clients.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the development or QA teams as needed.
• Guide clients through step-by-step solutions and software features.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product usability and performance.
• Provide onsite support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science)
• Experience: 1–2 years in software technical support (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP or accounting software support.
• Knowledge of SQL or basic database management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
