Identify, qualify, and close leads by managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation. Conduct product demos, presenting tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our products. Negotiate commercials, contracts, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Track and manage sales metrics, providing accurate forecasts and updates using CRM software. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and services. Develop and execute strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth in international markets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role with a successful track record in international sales, preferably in web or eCommerce development agency. Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals. Experience in negotiating commercials, contracts, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales goals. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs. Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Master’s degree in sales, marketing with technical background. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Cold Email and Webinar Marketing Expert. The primary responsibilities include creating and executing cold email campaigns, organizing and managing webinars, tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, and generating leads through email and webinar strategies. Lead Outreach Campaigns · Plan, launch, and manage targeted cold email campaigns to drive high-quality leads. · Strategically segment audiences for personalized outreach based on buyer personas and funnel stages. · Promote webinars and ensure strong registration and attendance rates through well-timed email sequences. Craft High-Impact Messaging · Write engaging and personalized email copy that resonates with different segments. · Build and manage email templates and sequences aligned with the buyer journey and campaign objectives. Leverage Tools & Automation · Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Snov.io, Smartlead.ai, Instantly) to automate campaigns and track performance. · Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, messaging, and CTAs. · Monitor email health, ensuring strong deliverability and minimal bounce/spam issues. Track, Analyze & Improve · Report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, responses, and conversions. · Use insights to improve future campaigns and fine-tune segmentation and targeting strategies. · Share findings with the team to inform marketing and sales alignment. Collaborate for Impact · Partner with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cold outreach is consistent with broader goals. · Work cross-functionally to align messaging across channels and funnel stages.
