Software Support Executive

Role Overview: As a Software Support and Implementation Executive, your main responsibility will be to install RanceLab at customer locations and customize the implementation according to the specific requirements of each customer. This role will require you to travel extensively, possibly up to 20 days in a month. Key Responsibilities: - Installing RanceLab software at customer sites - Customizing the software implementation based on customer needs - Providing support and assistance to customers during the implementation process - Ensuring smooth functioning of the software post-installation - Collaborating with the technical team to address any issues that may arise Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountant (CA) - Proficiency in Accounting and Inventory Concepts - Knowledge of Taxation laws - Experience using Tally and MS Office - Excellent computer and internet skills Additional Details: The company provides full training for the job to ensure that you are well-equipped to handle the software support and implementation responsibilities effectively.,
