You will be responsible for building and supporting the day-to-day operations of all laptops and desktops. Your role will involve providing IT support to customers, giving guidance and support as needed, and monitoring the queue for Incidents and Requests to ensure SLA's are maintained. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the desktop/peripheral computing environment and supporting onsite clients and home office users. Strong soft skills and effective communication are essential for this role, along with the ability to lift 50lbs and a valid license. Additionally, you will be involved in asset management responsibilities, tracking equipment logistics, and providing guidance to clients and support projects in progress. To excel in this role, you should have solid knowledge of Windows (preferably version 10), the full Microsoft Office Suite, and hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Understanding technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides is crucial, along with knowledge of Active Directory, Skype, VPN, mobile device support, IMAC, SLA's, Asset management, ITIL, and network infrastructure. Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN setups, software distribution, patching, and imaging technologies is desirable.
