Software Support Executive

As a Technical Support Engineer on the Marketo Support team, your role involves providing fast, friendly, and high-quality customer support. You will troubleshoot technical issues, advocate for customer needs internally, and contribute to service standards improvement. - Deliver exceptional customer support meeting case management, SLAs, and CSAT targets. - Diagnose and resolve technical and business challenges promptly. - Advocate for customer needs within internal teams. - Develop expertise in specific Marketo technology areas. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. - Maintain accurate documentation in the case tracking system. - Share best practices and contribute to the knowledge base. - Participate in a 24x7 rotational support team. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in resolving issues in complex software environments. - Prior experience in Technical Support or Implementation for enterprise software, ideally SaaS applications like Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage high workloads. - Experience with Database (SQL), Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP), Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus. - Fluency in multiple languages and cultural awareness for global customer support are advantageous.
