🌟 Role Overview

Software Sales Specialist

end-to-end sales

B2B software selling

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities for Focus Softnet ERP/CRM/HCM products.
Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, solution presentations, and demos.
Understand client pain points and offer the right product modules and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle—prospecting to closing.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Ensure CRM updates, proper follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for tailored solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Track competitor activities (Odoo, Zoho, Sage, Tally, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in selling enterprise solutions (ERP/CRM/HCM).
Experience with products like
Odoo, Zoho, Sage, SAP B1, TallyPrime, Microsoft Dynamics
, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of business processes—Finance, HRMS, Sales, Inventory, Supply Chain.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Proven ability to handle B2B clients, demos, and negotiations.
Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of regional markets and industries.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
