Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close B2B leads for our CMMS SaaS product in manufacturing, infrastructure, facilities and related sectors.
• Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation and closure.
• Participate in

  tenders, RFPs and empanelment processes

  – coordination with internal teams for documentation, technical inputs etc.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, CIOs, Admin, Facility teams).
• Conduct product presentations, online demos and client meetings.
• Work closely with marketing to run campaigns, events, webinars and follow up on inbound leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Profile:

• 2–3 years of proven software / SaaS sales experience

  (preferably B2B).
• Demonstrated

  track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  .
• Exposure to

  government / PSU / large enterprise tenders

  will be a big plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field visits in Delhi/NCR and online demos.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
