About The Position

We’re looking for a Software Project Lead with 3–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a fast-growing company transforming 3D engineering software development, we’re expanding our leadership to support global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and manage expectations
Lead project planning, execution, and reporting
Oversee SDLC phases: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Fixed Price (FP) projects on time delivery experience
Experience on setting KPIs and goals for the team
Experience with Agile project execution
Experience with tracking Project metrics and creating necessary reports
Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members
Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset
Support recruitment and business growth

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in project management or related roles
Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scope
Excellent prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills
Experience managing mid-sized teams and international clients
Background in Quality Assurance preferred
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
