Software Project Lead

You will be working as a Software Project Lead with a minimum experience of 4+ years in Pune on a full-time basis. As a Software Project Lead, your responsibilities will include developing and managing applications using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL. You will also be responsible for integrating and managing IoT devices within software systems, working on projects in the traffic domain, and applying domain knowledge effectively. Managing workflows and tasks using Jira, deploying and managing applications on Azure/AWS, and communicating with clients for updates, requirements, and feedback will also be part of your role. You will be expected to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain project quality. Additionally, you should be ready to learn new skills, provide support during extended hours and weekends as per project/client demand. In terms of technical skills, you should be proficient in .NET Core for developing scalable and secure applications. Strong knowledge of OOP principles, multithreading, and design patterns in C# is required. Hands-on experience with Blazor for building web applications, proficiency in SQL for database design, optimization, and querying, and experience with Entity Framework/Core for ORM database interactions are essential. You should also have experience in RESTful API design and implementation, cloud deployment on Azure, knowledge of front-end development and integration using React, experience with IoT device communication and MQTT protocols, proficiency in Git and source control workflows, and familiarity with Jira. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, hands-on experience with IoT devices, familiarity with traffic domain projects, proficiency in Jira, and excellent client communication skills.
