As a Senior ODOO Developer at our company based in Pune, Bavdhan, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing ODOO modules as per technical and functional requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and customizing ODOO modules based on technical and functional specifications. - Designing and implementing complex business logic using ODOO ORM and Python. - Creating custom reports using QWeb or external tools. - Leading code reviews and mentoring junior developers. - Handling third-party integrations using ODOO APIs such as REST and XML-RPC. - Optimizing the performance of large datasets and workflows. - Collaborating with functional consultants to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
