Senior Odoo Developer

As a Senior ODOO Developer based in Pune, Bavdhan, with over 4 years of experience in ODOO development and holding the ODOO Certified Developer certification, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and customize ODOO modules based on technical and functional specifications. - Design and implement complex business logic using ODOO ORM and Python. - Create custom reports using QWeb or external tools. - Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Handle third-party integrations using ODOO APIs (REST, XML-RPC). - Optimize performance of large datasets and workflows. - Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Your key skills should include a strong command over Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and the ODOO framework. You should be hands-on with ODOO Studio, Workflows, and Security Rules, proficient in module migration from older ODOO versions, and have experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
