Job Description

Technical Project Manager Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Define, articulate, and execute the Business Unit's comprehensive vision, strategic goals, and growth roadmap, ensuring alignment with MeshBA's overarching company objectives. Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities, collaborating closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to craft compelling client pitches, proposals, and solution frameworks. Conduct continuous market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify emerging trends and client needs. Technology & Delivery Excellence Provide expert technical guidance, leading in-depth discussions on technical design, architecture, and complex solutioning when required. Maintain accountability for the timely and high-quality delivery of all projects and engagements within the Business Unit. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the adoption of agile, scalable, and efficient delivery models. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. P&L Management & Operations Take full accountability for the Business Unit's Profit & Loss (P&L), including meticulously preparing and monitoring revenue forecasts, analyzing margins, and implementing cost optimization strategies. Manage resource planning, allocation, and utilization to ensure optimal team efficiency and project profitability. Oversee project budgeting, ensuring financial discipline and adherence to targets. Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Cultivate a performance-driven culture emphasizing continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and strong technical craftsmanship. Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs to upskill team members in emerging technologies, best practices, and new methodologies. Key Skills & Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Experience 8 to 11 years of progressive experience in software services or product development. A minimum of 3 years in a direct leadership role, successfully managing mid-sized to large technical delivery teams. Proven experience or significant exposure to P&L management within a business unit or strategic segment. Technical Acumen : Strong hands-on technical background and understanding in technologies such as: .NET, SQL, Angular, Node.js, etc. Leadership & Management Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop technical teams. Expertise in overseeing the full project lifecycle, particularly within an agile framework. Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Global Experience : Prior experience working with and managing projects for international clients is essential. Certifications (Desirable): PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, or Scrum Master to Have : Exposure to projects involving Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), ERP/CRM platforms, or cloud-native solution development. Prior experience in scaling early-stage teams or contributing to the growth of startups.
