We serve global clients in AEC and Manufacturing with proven consulting and advisory services, backed by a passionate team and strong partner ecosystem.Position: Project Lead – PuneWe’re looking for a dedicated Project Lead (3+ Years experience) to join our growing team. You’ll manage client relationships, lead a talented development team, and oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality 3D engineering solutions.Location: Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 1Mode of working: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and manage expectations
Lead project planning, execution, and reporting
Oversee SDLC phases: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Fixed Price (FP) projects on time delivery experience
Experience on setting KPIs and goals for the team
Experience with Agile project execution
Experience with tracking Project metrics and creating necessary reports
Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team member
Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset
Support recruitment and business growth
Travel for client meetings (domestic/international)

Requirements

3+ Years experience in Project Management
Strong project and client management skills
Technical understanding and risk mitigation ability
Experience with mid-size teams and international clients
Excellent communication, prioritization, and forecasting skills
QA background preferred
Ability to manage SDLC efficiently and align it with business goals
