Software Project Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining nCircle Tech Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Project Lead with 3-6 years of experience in Pune. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, leading project planning and execution, and supporting the growth of the company in the global market. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are successfully completed. - Oversee SDLC phases including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Demonstrate experience in delivering Fixed Price (FP) projects on time and meeting set KPIs and goals. - Utilize Agile project execution methodologies and track project metrics to create necessary reports. - Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, mentor team members, and support recruitment and business growth. - Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset, ensuring client satisfaction is a top priority. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably in the software development industry. - Strong technical understanding and the ability to effectively manage project scope. - Excellent prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills to ensure project success. - Experience in managing mid-sized teams and working with international clients. - Background in Quality Assurance is preferred to maintain high project standards. - Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
