Software Project Lead

As a Software Project Lead at nCircle Tech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in transforming 3D engineering software development and supporting global growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client requirements and effectively managing expectations - Leading project planning, execution, and reporting - Overseeing SDLC phases including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Demonstrating experience in delivering Fixed Price (FP) projects on time - Setting KPIs and goals for the team - Executing projects using Agile methodology - Tracking project metrics and generating necessary reports - Coordinating team efforts, resolving conflicts, and mentoring team members - Representing nCircle with a customer-first mindset - Supporting recruitment and business growth initiatives To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 3+ years of experience in project management or related roles - Strong technical acumen and ability to manage project scope effectively - Exceptional prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills - Experience in managing mid-sized teams and working with international clients - Background in Quality Assurance would be advantageous - Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Joining us as a full-time employee, you will enjoy benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
