Job Description Responsibilities: Participating in day to day accounting work, invoice payments, and assisting accounts manager in various roles like invoice creation, bank related work, entries in tally Maintaining Statutory Compliance working and payment – TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, (SEZ compliances, APR, MPR, Creation of different Excel Report by using VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc Taking care of Employee reimbursement and Petty cash expenses booking Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts Take care of expenses, bill payments, cash vouchers, cheques, online payments, invoices, bank remittance, bank statements consolidation (Credit & Debit) Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures Work with banks for all activities Required Skills: Should have 3 years of experience in accounts and finance as function Well versed with generally accepted accounting practices and principles Experience in taxation, returns filing, auditing practices and principles Must have upgraded knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations including GST should have worked with accounting computer applications, especially Tally for minimum 1year should have decent communication skills (written and verbal) should have good handle on Excel
