About The Role
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team and contribute to building modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript services and user interfaces that support AI training and evaluation processes. Your work will involve designing evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales, and collaborating on dataset creation and process refinement for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve code quality, implement new features, and ensure the robustness of datasets and evaluation pipelines that align large language model (LLM) behavior with real-world user needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript (ES6+), with strong proficiency in Node.js/Nest.js and at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. A solid understanding of web application architecture, testing discipline, and code readability is essential. Experience with scalable and modular full-stack development is highly desirable. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with clear and effective communication skills in English for asynchronous collaboration, are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript services and user interfaces tailored for AI training and evaluation workflows.
- Design, implement, and manage evaluation pipelines, ensuring thorough documentation of rationales, improvements, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members on dataset creation, including supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), contributing to process refinement and quality assurance.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability across the development stack.
- Participate in ongoing testing, debugging, and optimization efforts to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development and AI evaluation methodologies, integrating them into ongoing projects.

Offer Details
- Commitment Requirements: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with at least 4 hours overlapping with PST hours. Flexible options available for 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
- Engagement Type: This is a contractor assignment with no medical or paid leave benefits.
- Duration of Contract: The initial contract is for one month, with an expected start date next week.
