Job Description

Hiring: Golang Developer (Backend)

Indore / Pune

skilled Golang Backend Developer

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and enhance backend services using
Go (Golang)
Build scalable
data models and schemas in PostgreSQL
Optimize database performance for high-traffic applications
Develop and maintain
RESTful APIs & microservices
Collaborate with Product, UI, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
Troubleshoot and improve system stability, performance, and reliability
Support
cloud deployments
and application monitoring (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing

Required Skills

4–6 years of backend development experience
3+ years hands-on experience with Golang
Strong expertise in
PostgreSQL
(schema design, query tuning)
Solid understanding of
data structures, algorithms & system design
Experience with
REST APIs & microservices
Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
Exposure to cloud platforms (
AWS / GCP / Azure
)
Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with
NoSQL databases
(Redis, DynamoDB)
Basic knowledge of
React or front-end technologies
Exposure to
Kafka or messaging systems
Automation experience using
Python or Ansible
