About the Role

QA Engineer (2–4 years experience)

strong manual testing foundations

quality, automation-first testing, and exploring AI to enhance testing

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  manual testing

  (functional, regression, exploratory, smoke) with strong focus on

  testing principles and strategies

  .
• Design, develop, and execute

  automation test scripts

  for

  web, mobile, and APIs

  .
• Apply automation proactively to

  reduce repetitive manual effort

  and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure

  shift-left testing

  in CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate

  REST APIs

  using Postman, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
• Explore and adopt

  AI-driven testing solutions

  to optimize coverage and early defect detection.
• Conduct

  performance and reliability testing

  using tools like k6 or JMeter.
• Create and maintain

  test documentation, strategy, and reusable assets

  .
• Actively participate in

  bug triage and root cause analysis

  .

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 2–4 years of QA experience with

  strong manual testing foundations

  .
• Solid understanding of

  testing concepts, STLC, and defect lifecycle

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  test automation frameworks

  (Robot Framework, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or Maestro).
• Strong knowledge of

  API testing

  and validation.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and cloud-based test execution.
• Analytical mindset with strong

  debugging and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills and a

  collaborative, ownership-driven attitude

  .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience testing

  React Native mobile applications

  .
• Familiarity with

  AI-powered testing tools

  or an interest in adopting them.
• Exposure to

  performance/load testing tools

  (k6, JMeter).
• Experience with

  test management tools

  (QMetry, Xray, TestRail, etc.).
• Knowledge of
