About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer (2–4 years experience) to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions . The ideal candidate has strong manual testing foundations , understands testing concepts deeply, and is equally confident in leveraging automation to accelerate validation. You will be expected to apply automation wherever possible, while ensuring the core principles of testing remain uncompromised. Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory, smoke) with strong focus on testing principles and strategies . Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for web, mobile, and APIs . Apply automation proactively to reduce repetitive manual effort and improve efficiency. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure shift-left testing in CI/CD pipelines. Validate REST APIs using Postman, Robot Framework, or similar tools. Explore and adopt AI-driven testing solutions to optimize coverage and early defect detection. Conduct performance and reliability testing using tools like k6 or JMeter. Create and maintain test documentation, strategy, and reusable assets . Actively participate in bug triage and root cause analysis . What We’re Looking For ✅ Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of QA experience with strong manual testing foundations . Solid understanding of testing concepts, STLC, and defect lifecycle . Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or Maestro). Strong knowledge of API testing and validation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based test execution. Analytical mindset with strong debugging and problem-solving abilities . Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude . ✅ Nice-to-Have Skills Experience testing React Native mobile applications . Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools or an interest in adopting them. Exposure to performance/load testing tools (k6, JMeter). Experience with test management tools (QMetry, Xray, TestRail, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for QA environments.
